Holidays 2023

Dec 14th 9pm is the cutoff time for any holiday orders! We cannot guarantee arrival before Xmas due to printing time/processing time/delivery etc. Shipping delays are likely during the Holiday season. 

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide, shipping times may vary depending on where you are in the world. Prints are shipped from our print lab partners in the UK & EU. 

CANADA: All orders are shipped through DHL Courier. 

*You are responsible for any local duties and taxes which may apply.* The cost for importing to your destination country is not included within the original purchase price or shipping charges. 

Prints will be mailed either in an industrial quality shipping tube, or flat packed depending on print size.

Delivery Time

Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase. 

Estimated Shipping Times:
    • Canada & USA 10-14 Business Days
    • Europe 3-5 Business Days
    • Rest of the World 14+ Business Days 

Please allow up to 3 weeks time for your print to arrive, especially around the holiday season as shipping delays are likely. 

 

Refund Policy

As these are limited edition prints, refunds and exchanges are not accepted. All sales are final. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your print upon arrival. In the case of damage, please email us immediately at info@ashleyvoykin.com with your order number. We will replace prints that arrive damaged or defective, if a photo of the damage can be provided.

Please check your cart prior to ordering, to make sure you've selected the correct size etc. 

Limited Edition Prints

Each image is a limited edition of 50 copies, across all sizes and formats. Once an edition sells out, prints of that image will no longer be available for purchase! 

All limited edition fine art prints are printed on Hahnemüle Pearl fine art paper. Each limited edition print comes with a certificate of authenticity, which includes a signature, edition number, and print name.

Sizing & Framing Guide

Print size includes an additional border for easy matting and framing (except for 40x60", which is borderless). Frames are not available to order.

*not all prints are available in the 40x60" size. We also highly recommend having any 40x60" prints custom framed, as these are borderless and will require a perfect fitting frame. 

For the best results we recommend having your limited edition prints handled by a professional framer upon arrival.
